Emanuel Rossetti
born 1987 in Basel, Switzerland. Known for his explorations of space and perception, Emanuel Rossetti’s work explores the complicated relationship between spatial concerns and social dynamics. In his sculptures, sound installations, and photographic series, the artist uses architectural structures and environments to analyze the ways in which space shapes and reflects human interactions, power dynamics, and economic systems. His work often blurs the lines between the real and the virtual, creating a zone where the mundane becomes mysterious and vice versa. The artist continues to pay attention to the symbolic or perhaps poetic value of the structural makeup of both his intimate artworks and the complexity of the public environment that surrounds them.
